As Director of Nursing Cătălin is responsible for the professional management of nursing.
He is implementing all medical policies and procedures and together with his team, he is ensuring high quality of care for our stakeholders.
As education he is a “hybrid” due to his knowledge and experience in nursing, especially in the dialysis field which is mixing with his economical background gather in the Romanian-American University M&M.
Previously, he worked for an important medical company in a similar position and he is with us from 2013.
