Catalin ensures the operational excellence of the clinics within the geographical area of his responsibility, managing the labor force, the treatment capacity and the operating costs.
As a part of Top Management team, he contributes in defining the company’s strategy and to reach its developmental goals.
Before joining Diaverum, Catalin worked in the banking sector, holding the position of Analysis and Reporting Specialist for Credit Europe Bank. He started his career in the banking industry, as a credit consultant, following his studies in the same field, being an economist by profession.
